By accessing or using Juice Box Tox, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

3. Recording, Data Collection, and Processing

What the bot collects. When a Juice Box Tox bot joins a video meeting, it processes chat messages sent by participants in real time. This is necessary to operate the game — commands typed into the meeting chat (such as movement or game control inputs) are read and acted upon by the bot. Juice Box Tox does not record audio or video of meeting participants.

Third-party processing. Chat message data is transmitted to and processed by Recall.ai, our third-party bot infrastructure provider. By using Juice Box Tox, you acknowledge that participant chat messages are subject to Recall.ai's data handling practices. We encourage you to review Recall.ai's Privacy Policy before using the service.

Your responsibility to notify participants. You are responsible for ensuring that all participants in any meeting where a Juice Box Tox bot is present are informed of and have consented to the bot's presence and its processing of chat messages. You must not use Juice Box Tox in any meeting where participants have not been notified. The bot will identify itself visibly as a participant within the call.

Data we retain. We retain a record of sessions in which a Juice Box Tox bot participated, including the meeting URL, date and time, and game played. We do not retain the content of individual chat messages after the session ends.

Data retention and deletion. Session records are retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your session data by contacting us at hello@juiceboxtox.com.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you have a concern about a charge.

6. Intellectual Property

Juice Box Tox and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Juice Box Tox and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juice Box Tox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
